GREENWOOD - Jerome "Jerry" G. Larson, 73, of Greenwood died at his home Saturday, Nov. 19, 2005.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Immanuel United Church of Christ in Greenwood.

Visitation will be held from 9 a.m. until time of service Saturday at the church.

Cuddie Funeral Home of Greenwood is assisting the family with arrangements.

Jerome "Jerry" G. Larson

Jerome "Jerry" G. Larson, 73, of Greenwood, died Saturday, Nov. 19, 2005, at his home.

A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 26, 2005, at Immanuel Unitd Church of Christ in Greenwood. Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until service time Saturday at the church.

Cuddie Funeral Home is assisting the family with the arrangements.

He was born March 5, 1932, in Independence to Orville and LaVerne (Erickson) Larson. He enlisted in the U.S. Army in 1949, serving in Europe and the Far East until his honorable discharge in 1957. He married Betty Hipsher on Feb. 10, 1950, and they later devorced. He married Leanne Vollrath on Sept. 30, 1957, and they also divorced. He married Audrey Huegel on Jan. 12, 1979, in Neillsville, Wis. He farmed in the town of Warner until 1991 and worked as a precast concrete salesman for 30 years, until his retirement in 1999.

He is survived by his wife, Audrey Larson, Greenwood; his mother, LaVerne Johnson, Eau Claire; his children Beverly Risk, Redding, Calif., Paul Risk, Redding, Calif., Jill (Bert) Manthe, Kathy Brux, Karie (Jon) Rendell and Joel Larson, all of Greenwood, Lorie (Ben Sather) Peet, Blaine, Minn., David Larson, Homer, Alaska.; his stepchildren, Kurt (Terry) Huegel, Cottage Grove, Minn., Kendra (Shawn) Arch, Viroqua, Kelly (Davie) Palmer, Rosemount, Minn., and Kori (Steve) Chaignot, Wausau; 15 grandchildren, seven stepgrandchildren and three great-grandchildren; his sisters, Beverly (Lemoyne) Stockland, Menomonie, and Lynn (Frank) Hornak, Cudahy; and his half-brother, Mike Cameric, Eau Claire.
