Wojtak, Theresa (24 JAN 1904 - 28 JUN 1938)

Mrs. Michael Wojtak died at her home in Gilman on June 28th, 1938, of a cerebral hemorrhage, aged 34 years, 5 months and 4 days.

Theresa Kutnarowski was born in Thorp, Clark Co., Wis. on Jan. 24, 1904, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Kutnarowski. She married Michael Wojtak on Feb. 14, 1926, at Joliet, Ill. They resided at Lockport, Ill. for several years and came to Thorp in 1932, making their home on a farm southeast of the village. She moved to Gilman with her husband and family about a year ago.

Those of the immediate family who are left to mourn her early demise are: her husband, her father, Frank Kutnarowski, three sons, Alex 7, And Leonard 3, and one step-son, Raymond, one daughter, Lorraine, and three step-daughters, Irene and Dorothy at home and Mrs. George (Rose) Grachan of Joliet, Ill., and one brother, Tony Kutnarowski of Thorp.

The body was brought to the Bogumill Funeral Home here and funeral services were held at St. Hedwig’s Church Friday morning at nine o’clock, Rev. F.A. Kulig officiating, with interment in the parish cemetery.
