Roth, Pearl E. #2 (23 FEB 1892 - 12 AUG 1937)

Funeral services were conducted by Rev. A.M. Muckerheide at St. Bernard’s Church here at nine o’clock Saturday morning for Mrs. Pearl Roth, wife of Jay A. Roth of International Fall, Minn., who passed away after a brief two hours illness, at her home in that city, Aug. 12th, 1937.

Pearl E. Laneville was the eldest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Laneville of Withee (Clark Co., Wis.). She was born in Eau Claire, Wis., on Feb. 23, 1892, and had reached the age of 44 years, 5 months and 20 days.

She was married to Jay A. Roth, son of John Roth of Thorp (Clark Co., Wis.), on Sept. 8th, 1914, at Chippewa Falls, Wis. To this union were born two daughters, Dorothy and June, who with her husband survive. Residing at Albertville and Colby for four years, she spent the remainder of her life at International Falls, Minn.

Other surviving relatives are, her parents, Mr. and Mrs. John Laneville, Withee; three brothers, Ed Laneville, Withee, John and Fred of Dodgeville, Wis.; five sisters, Mrs. Elsie McAdam and Mrs. Floyd McErn, Withee, Mrs. Harold Tait, and Mrs. Harold Schuster, of Evansville, and Mrs. George Martin, Madison. The body was laid to rest in the parish cemetery.

Pallbearers were: John, Ed and Fred Laneville, Floyd McErn, Harold Schuster and S.M. Munson.
