Kelch, Wilhelmina C. (3 FEB 1860 - 18 JUN 1936)

Mrs. Wilhelmina Augusta Caroline Kelch, 76, a resident of Dorchester (Clark Co., Wis.) Country for many years, died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Hal Richardson at Neillsville, June 18, 1936, after an illness of several months. Services were held Monday, June 22 at the St. John’s Lutheran Church with Rev. William Bauman officiating and burial was made at the Dorchester Memorial Cemetery.

Mrs. Kelch was born in Germany Feb. 3, 1860, and came to America at the age of 23. On June 14, 1877, she was married to August Kelch, who preceded her in death. She is survived by twelve children, Charles Kelch, Neillsville; Will Kelch, Markville, Minn.; Mrs. Julius Hakenstad, Madison; Mrs. Russell Freeman and Mrs. H. Freeman of Whitewater; Mrs. Hal Richardson, Neillsville; Herman Kelch, Whitewater; Mrs. John Rosenow, Milwaukee; Walter Kelch, Waterloo, N.Y.; Ernest and Everett Kelch, Milwaukee. Other survivors are two are her two brothers, August Punzel, Lake Mills, and Ernest Punzel, Jefferson, and a sister, Mrs. John Langer, Wis. Rapids.

Because of the years spent in this vicinity Mrs. Kelch leaves a large circle of friends from ehre who join us in offering deepest sympathy to her family in their loss.
