Baumgart, Rosalia (1 Sept. 1914 - 13 June 2007)

COLBY -- Rosalia Baumgart, 92, formerly of Unity, died Wednesday, June 13, 2007, at Continental Manor, Abbotsford, Wis.

Funeral services will be at noon Saturday, June 16, 2007, at St. Mary's Catholic Church, Colby. Burial will be in St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery, Colby.

Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until service time Saturday at the church.

Maurina/Community Funeral Home is assisting the family.

Rosalia was born Sept. 1, 1914, in Colby to Nick and Elizabeth (Miesen) Kanter. She and Harold Baumgart were married June 22, 1940. He preceded her in death June 24, 1986. They operated Little Grove Cheese Factory with Harold's parents and operated a dairy farm near Unity.

Rosalia is survived by her children, Mary (Bill) Graumann of La Crosse, and Marlene (Isaac) Israelson of Sauk Centre, Minn.; four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
