Tramm, Louise J. (16 April 1898 - 13 Dec. 1994)

Louise J. Tramm, 96, Rockford, ILL., died at 10:50 p.m., Tuesday, Dec. 13, 1994, after a brief illness in the home of her daughter, Margaret Synder, whom she resided with the past 22 years. Louise was born on April 16, 1898, in Neillsville the daughter of Fredrick and Helene Schroder. She married Otto F. Tramm in Neillsville on Dec. 23, 1918, who died in 1951. She has lived in Rockford since 1951.

She was a member of Redeemer Lutheran Church, Lutheran Layman League, and AAL.

Survivors include daughters: Margaret (James) Snyder, Eileen A. Schweinier Wheeler, Lois (Ralph) Adkins, all of Rockford, ILL, and Dorothy (Elmer) Beyer of Wisconsin Rapids, Wis.; one son, Carl Tramm of Milwaukee, Wis.; 18 grandchildren, 37 great grand-children, three great -great grandchildren; a sister Elsie Ralenske of Racine, Wis.; several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, grandson Kenneth Mund, son-in-laws Charles R. Schweinler and Glenn Mund, seven brothers and three sisters.

Funeral services were at 2 p.m., Saturday, Dec. 17, 1994, in Redeemer Lutheran Church, with the Rev. Robert Rub, Jr., officiating. Visitation was one hour before service time at the Church on Saturday.

Burial was in the Neillsville Cemetery on Monday at 2 p.m. Memorials may be made to the family.
