Siegert, Dolores (19 OCT 1932)

A very beautiful wedding took place Wednesday morning, Oct. 19, 1932, at 8:30 o’clock when Miss Dolores Siegert, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Andrew Siegert, Dorchester, became the bride of Mr. Herman Wildan, Milan. The ceremony was performed at Milan with Father Baer officiating.

The bride was tastily attired in a white satin gown with a cap style veil and carried a bouquet of pink roses and carnations. Her attendants were her sisters, the Misses Ethel and Marie Siegert. Miss Ethel was gowned in a pale green net, wore white slippers, a headband of rhinestones and carried a bouquet of pink and white carnations. Miss Marie wore a peach colored satin gown, white slippers, rhinestone headband and carried a bouquet of carnations and snapdragons.

The groom and his attendants, Ray Wiskerchen and Leo Veshly, wore the conventional dark blue suits.

A wedding dinner was served at the home of the bride’s parents with covers laid for 25 guests. In the evening a wedding dance was given at Milan where an enjoyable time took place.

The young and popular couple will make their future home on the farm of the groom’s at Milan, and the many friends of both join us in wishing them many years of happiness and prosperity in their life’s journey.
