Bernard 'Barney' Hein
SPENCER -- Bernard "Barney" G. Hein, 88, Spencer, died Tuesday, Feb. 13, 2007, at Colonial Center, Colby.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Monday, Feb. 26, 2007, at Community Funeral Home, Spencer. Burial will be in West Spencer Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 25, 2007, and from 10 a.m. until service time Monday, both at the funeral home.
Barney was born April 30, 1918, in the town of Unity, Clark County, to George and Molly (Prechel) Hein. He farmed all of his life in the town of Unity, until retiring in 1997.
Barney is survived by his sister, Bernice Brown of Tucson, Ariz., nieces and nephews.
