Anderegg, Sophie (19 Sept. 1866 - 6 Jan. 1941)

Mrs. Andrew Anderegg passed away at her home in the town of York Monday afternoon, January 6, after an illness of about ten years.

Mrs. Anderegg was born September 19, 1866, in Vernon County, Wisconsin, to Mr. and Mrs. Ole Dahlen. She was married to Andrew Anderegg at Mormons Coolee [Coulee?], La Crosse County, Wisconsin, about 40 years ago, coming to Clark County to make their home on a farm which the groom has prepared for his bride. She is survived by her husband, two brothers, Anthony, Coon Valley, Wis., and Martin, of North Dakota, and a sister, Julia, Mrs. Lakken, Eau Claire. Two brothers, Hagen and Melvin, preceded her in death.

Funeral services will be held at the Schiller Funeral Home today (Thursday), with the Rev. Wilson Bixler officiating. Burial will be made in the Neillsville Cemetery.
