Uhlig, Lucille J. (17 FEB 1934 - 24 MAR 1937)

Lucille Joan Uhlig was the only daughter and second oldest child of Mr. and Mrs. William Uhlig.

She was born on Feb. 17, 1934, in Colby. Having been ailing for some time she was taken to the St. Joseph’s Hospital, Marshfield, for treatment, where she passed away at 9 o’clock, March 24th, 1937. Thus attaining the age of 3 years, 1 month and 7 days.

Surviving her are her parents, three brothers and grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Herman Theilig, township of Colby (Clark Co., Wis.), and Mr. and Mrs. Gustav Uhlig, township of Mayville (Clark Co.). Burial took place on Saturday afternoon at St. Paul’s Evangelical Lutheran Church, Green Grove, Rev. M.C. Goetsch officiating, and interment in the Green Grove Cemetery (Colby twshp - St. Paul’s). Pallbearers were Bernard Tesmer, Ray Anderson, Lester Miller and Raymond Weix.
