Miss Margaret Burkholder and Donald Armstrong were united in marriage at the home of Rev. John Fisher in St. Paul, Minn., Friday morning, July 3rd, 1936.

They were attended by Miss Ruth Lovette and Curtiss Burkholder, both of Hudson.

The bride is a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. J.W. Burkholder of Hudson. She is a graduate of the Hudson High School and the River Falls State Teachers College, and has taught in the local school (Owen, Clark Co., Wis.) since the fall of 1932.

The groom is a son of Mr. and Mrs. A.S. Armstrong of Greenwood (Clark Co.) and a graduate of the local high school with the class of 1922. He has been working for the Northern States Power Co. for many years and at present is merchandise salesman for the company in the Neillsville district.

Following the service the bridal couple left on a wedding trip through northern Wisconsin, arriving in Greenwood on Monday where they will make their home with the groom’s parents.
