Fricke, Henry (1822 - 1911), Clark County, Wisconsin History Ancestry & Genealogy

I have an autograph book from the early 1880's. In the book is a signature of Agatha Fricke and the notation is to her brotherinlaw Henry. Could this be this Henry. Hancock, lake linden and Mountain Mich. are named in the book.
