RULES AND REGULATIONS ANNOUNCED FOR SKATING RINK

John Bitter has been appointed as supervisor of the Abbotsford skating rink, which is now being used.

The following skating hours will be under supervision. School days: 12:00 to 12:50 p.m.; 3:15 to 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays: 1:00 to 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m.

The East side of the skating pond will be used for those wishing to play hockey only.

The West side of the skating pond will be used for regular skating and for children under 12 years of age.

Profanity on the skating rinks is strictly prohibited.

There shall be no "cracking the whip" or other skating game that will endanger the safety of those using the rinks.

There shall be no diving of cars or riding of bicycles on the rink at any time.

Anyone reported abusing the privileges of the Abbotsford skating rinks will be barred from using them thereafter.
