Lindquist, Julia (April 19, 1923 - January 15, 2005)

Julia Lindquist, age 81, of Waukegan, IL, died January 15, 2005, at her daughter’s home in Thornton, CO., after a long illness. Her daughter and son were at her side when she passed away.

Julia was born April 19, 1923, in Lublin, WI. She married her late husband Anton Lindquist in 1946. They farmed in the Withee area until 1959 when they moved to Waukegan, IL.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Peter and Stella Liszewski; husband, Anton (Tony) Lindquist; siblings: Harriet, Chester, Lottie, Edmund and John.

She is survived by her son, Ken (Denise) Lindquist of Waukegan, IL; daughter, Sandy Lindquist of Thornton, CO; brother, Ted (Ann) Liszewski of Stanley, WI; and sister, Jean (John) Zaidel of Withee, WI; grandchildren, Cathy Lindquist of Park City, IL, and Pete Lindquist of Champaign, IL.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Hospice of Metro Denver.
