Sweet, Frank G. (January 24, 1870 - January 12, 1952)
RITES TUESDAY FOR F. SWEET
Granton-Funeral services for Frank G. Sweet, 81, a former resident of Granton who for the past three months had made his home in Marshfield, will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Gilbertson Funeral home. The Rev. Virgil Nulton, Neillsville, will officiate and burial will be made in the Loyal cemetery. Mr. Sweet died Saturday evening in St. Joseph's Hospital, Marshfield. He was born January 24, 1870 in Scranton, PA. Mrs. Sweet died April 25, 1924. Mr. Sweet is survived by three sons, Murl, Monroe: and Gilbert and Gurney, Marshfield: a daughter, Mrs. Robert (Beatrice) Dumond, Park Falls: 15 grandchildren: 15 great-grandchildren: a half-sister, Myrtle Sherman, California: and a brother Steve, Rice Lake. Two children preceded him in death.
