GREENWOOD -- Adam John Christie, 20, of Greenwood, died from injuries sustained in an automobile accident Sunday, Aug. 6, 2006, at Saint Joseph's Hospital in Marshfield.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 10, 2006, at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Greenwood. Burial will take place at a later date in the parish cemetery.

Visitation will be from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m., with a 7 p.m. prayer service, Wednesday and again from 10 a.m. until service time Thursday, both at the church.

He was born Oct. 19, 1985, in Marshfield to Hugh and Joan (Bushman) Christie. He was employed at Dale's North Mound Tavern in Willard as a bartender and cook. At the time of his death, he worked at Stainless Concepts in Withee as a welder.

He is survived by his parents, Hugh and Joan Christie, Greenwood; sister, Angela Christie, Marshfield; and grandmothers, Dorothy Bushman and Gwen Christie, both of Greenwood.
