Perovsek, Josephine (21 JUL 1937)

Miss Josephine Perovsek, daughter of Frank Perovsek Sr., of Willard (Clark Co., Wis.), and Anton Trunkel Jr., son of Mr. and Mrs. Anton Trunkel Sr., of Willard, were married at 8:30 o’clock Wednesday morning, July 21, 1937 at the Holy Family Catholic Church at Willard. The Rev. John Trinko performed the ceremony.

The bride wore a long white satin gown with a white hat and carried a shower bouquet of white roses and baby’s breath. She was attended by Miss Mary Snedic, who wore a pink taffeta gown with pink hat and carried a mixed bouquet.

Following the ceremony a reception was held at the home of the bridegroom’s parents. About 20 relatives and friends attended.

A wedding supper was served to 150 guests at the Trunkel home in the evening, which was followed by a dance at the Catholic Hall in Willard.

The couple are making there home at the Perovsek residence in Willard where Mr. Trunkel is engaged in farming.

Out of town guests at the ceremony were Mr. and Mrs. John Solakar Jr. of Chicago and Miss Arline Meinholdt, Loyal.
