Mrs. Julia Tragsdorf, a resident of this community for the past 56 years, died Sunday, February 18, 1935, at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Frank (Bertha Campman) Hemp. Mrs. Tragsdorf, nee Julia Pleschka, was born Mary 20, 1845 at Gablentz, Austria. She attended school at Gablentz and later at St. Louis where she moved with her parents. Following the death of Mr. Campman, Mrs. Campman was married on April 30, 1881, to Julius Tragsdorf at Neillsville, Wis. The funeral services will be held today (Wednesday) at 2 p.m. from the St. John’s Lutheran Church, Rev. William Baumann conducting the rites.
