Punke, Meta (24 OCT 1914)

Miss Meta Punke, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Gerhard Punke, and Albert Hoernke, son of Mr. and Mrs. Carl Hoernke, both of the town of Frankfort (Marathon Co., Wis.), were married at the Wein Lutheran Church, Saturday afternoon, Oct. 24th, 1914, at 3 o’clock, Rev. Karl Schmalz officiating. They were attended by Louise Punke, Helen Hoernke, Carl Hoernke Jr. and Philip Punke, sisters and brothers of the bride and groom. After the services the usual festivities were held at the home of the bride’sparents, and a dance in the town hall.

They will reside on the groom’s farm, where he has had a fine residence erected. Their many friends join in best wishes for their future prosperity and happiness.
