Jacobi, Alvin (13 JUL 1913 – 14 FEB 1971)

Alvin H. Jacobi, age 57, Abbotsford, died Sunday, February 14, 1971, in St. Joseph's Hospital, Marshfield.

Funeral services were conducted at 2 p.m. Wednesday in Christ Lutheran Church, with the Rev. F.H. Sprengler officiating.

Burial was in the Holton Cemetery.

Funeral arrangements were completed by the Polnaszek Funeral home, where the body lay in state Tuesday.

Mr. Jacobi was born July 13, 1913, in the town of Holton (Marathon Co. Wis.) and was a lifelong resident of the area. He had farmed in Marathon County prior to his death.

Surviving are his mother, Mrs. Clara Jacobi, of Abbotsford; four brothers, Harvey, Wausau' Vernon, Lake Zurich, Illinois; Lawrence, Colby, and Robert, Athens; two sisters, Mrs. Live Thess, Owen, and Mrs. Raymond (Audrey) Pupp, Margengo.
