The third wife of Randolph Seaman was Mary Eliza Beck (parents: Abraham Beck and Eliza Winchester). She was first married to Jesse Alfred Kern. The four step-children mentioned in Randolph Seaman's obituary are Margaret Kern, Harvey Kern, Laura Kern, and Anna Kern. In 1869 a daughter, Jane Seaman, was born to Randolph and Mary E. Seaman, but she predeceased her father.  Bernard & Annie (Von Bergen) Frese listed here as the parents of Mary E. Seaman is incorrect. They are the parents of Meta Seaman, wife of Arthur Seaman.
