Our dear daughter, sister, niece, aunt and friend June (nee Wehrman) Zurkowski joined our heavenly father on Friday, March 24, 2006, at the age of 40 years. Visitation will be held at Cuddie Funeral Home, Loyal, from 4-8 p.m. on Wednesday, March 29, and again at St. Anthony’s Catholic Church,, Loyal, from 10 a.m. to the time of service at 11 a.m. on Thursday, March 30. Burial will follow in the Loyal Lutheran Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Joey Hoops, Billy King, Gerald Kobiske, Frank Zingen, Dale Wehrman, Du Wayne Strebe and Billy Sweda.

June Theresa Wehrman was born to Wilfred and Marcella (nee Castner) Wehrman on June 4, 1965, in Marshfield. She attended St. Anthony’s Catholic Church, Loyal, and was a 1983 graduate of Loyal High School. Following her education, she did elderly care and then worked in housekeeping ay Saint Joseph’s Hospital from September of 1991 until the time of her death. June married Patrick J. Zurkowski on Sept. 22, 2002, at St. Anthony’s Catholic Church, Loyal. June loved shopping and craft sales and she enjoyed bowling. Above all, time spent with family and friends meant the most to her.

June is survived by her father, Wilfred (Bev) Wehrman, Loyal; her brothers and sisters, Janet (Frank) Zingen, Homer Glen, Ill., Charlotte Hoops, Rockford, Ill., Leonard (Ronda) Wehrman, Loyal, Mary (Doug) Wahl, Madison, Susan (Timothy) Strebe, Marshfield, Tom (Sharlene) Wehrman, Spencer, and Steve (Kris) Wehrman, Chili. She is further survived by her many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives and many good friends

She was preceded in death by her mother, Marcella Wehrman on Nov. 26, 1988, and her maternal grandparents, and paternal grandparents

Cuddie Funeral Home, Loyal, is assisting the family with arrangements.

June, you will be sadly missed. You are forever in our hearts.
