Wilding, Elizabeth (22 Dec. 1868 - 5 Jan. 1937)

Mrs. Myron E. Wilding who had been in poor health for some time, passed away Tuesday morning, Jan. 5, at Neillsville Hospital. She has reached the age of 68 years and 14 days.

Elizabeth Randall was born at Fond du Lac, Wis., Dec. 22, 1868, and came to the Town of Grant with her parents, when she was a small child. Here she grew to womanhood, and on May 8, 1890, was united in marriage with Myron Wilding. They lived in the town of Grant until 1897, when they moved to the village of Loyal, making their home there until January 1908, when Mr. Wilding who was elected county treasurer, moved to Neillsville, Wis. This city has been their home ever since.

Mrs. Wilding was a lady of quiet habits, a lover of home and devoted to the interests of her family but with a broad sympathy for all.

She is survived by her husband, one daughter Florence, Mrs. Herbert Brown of Neillsville, two grandsons, Walter and Wayne Brown; also one brother Jerry Randall of Fond du Lac; two sister, Mrs. Lannie Owens of Sioux Falls, South Dakota, and Mrs. Addie Merrill of Fond du Lac.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday at Schiller’s Funeral Home with Christian Science services.
