Trout, Florence (15 March 1923 - 30 Dec. 2005)

Florence Trout -- Plant City, Fla.

Florence Trout, 82, of Plant City, Fla., formerly of Coal City, died Friday (Dec. 30, 2005) at Provena St. Joseph Medical Center in Joliet. A funeral Mass was held today at Assumption Catholic Church in Coal City. Rev. Mike Pennock officiated.

Burial was in Mt. Olivet Cemetery in Braidwood. Pallbearers were John Broucek, Robert Togliatti, John Hnetkovsky, Jim Togliatti, Derek Cornileson and Ed Hnetkovsky Jr. Memorials may be made to Assumption Catholic Church, 245 S. Kankakee St., Coal City, IL, 60416 or Coal City Fireman's Association, 35 S. DeWitt Place, Coal City, IL, 60416. Arrangements are by Reeves Funeral Home, Coal City.

Mrs. Trout was born March 15, 1923, in Neillsville, Wis., the daughter of Frank and Helen Jonkel Hnetkovsky. She was raised and educated in Wisconsin and moved to Braidwood with her family in December 1941. Her first husband, Victor Togliatti, whom she married in January 1947, in Coal City, died in January 1972. They lived their entire married life in Coal City. She then married Robert Trout Sr. in 1977, in Gardner. They lived in Fort Wayne, Ind., until retiring to Plant City, Fla. He died in September 2002.

Surviving are three sons and one daughter-in-law, James Togliatti of Coal City, Victor and Bonnie Togliatti of Berwick, Me., Daniel Togliatti of Sanford, Me.; one daughter-in-law, Susan Tomala of Torrence, Calif.; one stepson, Robert Trout Jr; one stepdaughter, Rhonda and Rick Memmer of Indiana; one stepdaughter-in-law, Carol Trout of Plant City, Fla.; 11 grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; three brothers, Clarence Hnetkovsky of Goose Lake, Edward Hnetkovsky of Poolesville, Md., John Hnetkovsky of Plainfield; three sisters-in-law, Katherine Hnetkovsky of Phoenix, Ariz., Celeste Edwards and Louise Togliatti, both of Coal City; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

One brother, Frank Hnetkovsky, is deceased.
