McMillan, Sarah Jane (25 Jan. 1882 - 5 Aug. 1935)

After several months of suffering with artery and heart trouble, Mrs. Wm. McMillan passed away at her home, about 12 o’clock Sunday night. The funeral services will be held at the Schiller Funeral Parlors Wednesday at 2 o’clock. Mrs. McMillan leaves her husband and 11 children to mourn the loss of a kind and thoughtful mother, and wife. She will be sadly missed from the home circle.

Sarah Jane Endicott was born January 25, 1882, in Richland County, state of Wisconsin, and past away August 5, 1935, at her home in the town of Levis.

In the year of 1899, July 4, she was married to William Alfred McMillan at Merrillan, Wis.

To this union were born thirteen children, two preceded her in infancy. She leaves to mourn her, her husband, and surviving children, Mrs. Thelma Thompson of Fort Hall, Idaho; Vance McMillan of Neillsville, Wis.; Mrs. Florence Coan of Sycamore, Ill.; Mrs. Nora Moore of Neillsville, Wis.; Wesley McMillan of Genoa, Ill.; William McMillan of Neillsville, Wis.; Alfred McMillan of Blackfoot, Idaho; Mary, Roy, Fredia and Elmer, who stayed at home on the farm at Neillsville, Wis.

There are fifteen living grandchildren and two who are deceased.

She also leaves five sisters and three brothers, who are Mrs. Nora Massa of Portland, Ore.; Mr. Frank Endicott of Granton, Wis.; Mr. Freeman Endicott of Minnesota; Mr. Ben Endicott of Viroqua, Wis.; Mrs. Nancy Sherman of Coeurd Alene, Idaho; Mrs. Rena Fish of Gillingham, Wis.; Mrs. Flora Rhead of Hixton, Wis.; Mrs. Mary Jorgeson of Blue River, Wis.

Also she leaves to mourn her loss a host of other relatives and friends.

She was greatly loved and will be missed by all who knew her.
