Huntley, Frederica (6 Aug. 1859 - May 1935)

Mrs. Frederica Bahr Huntley, 76, years old, formerly a resident of the Town of Seif, died Thursday at the family residence at 1351 George Street, La Crosse. Her husband Thomas Huntley, who with two daughters and a son survives, was a brother to the late William Huntley, Sr., of Neillsville, Wis.

Mrs. Huntley affectionately known as "Aunt Fritzie", was born Aug. 6, 1859, at Berlin, Germany. Her parents settled in the Town of Seif where they ran a farm for a number of years. Children surviving are Mrs. Viola Shadbolt of Yakima, Wash.; Mrs. Eve Maxwell, Kansas City, Kans.; and Harley, Minneapolis. One grandchild, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Shadbolt, also survives.

The funeral was held at 2:30 Saturday from the North Chapel of the Stelter-McKee Co., of La Crosse, Rev. H. R. Kinley officiating. Burial was in Oak Grove Cemetery.
