Schuette, Henry (20 Oct. 1864 - 25 March 1957)

Loyal - A 93 year old former town of Beaver resident, Henry F. Schuette, died Monday evening at Owen, Wis.

Funeral services will be held Friday at 2 p.m. at St. Luke’s Lutheran Church, in South Green Grove, of which he was a charter member. The Rev. Martin Krause, Colby, will officiate and burial will be in the parish cemetery.

Beginning this evening, the body will repose at the Myre Funeral Home here.

Mr. Schuette was born Oct. 20, 1864, in Manitowoc County, where his marriage to Anna Regling took place March 19, 1889. They farmed there for 21 years until 1910, when they moved to the town of Beaver, operating a farm there until their retirement in 1936. Mrs. Schuette died in 1943.

Survivors include four sons, Walter, Neenah; Hugo, Unity; Art, Loyal; and Edwin, Kaukauna; 26 grandchildren and 38 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by three sons, one daughter, five brothers and a sister.
