Clark Couples Given Absolute Decrees

Neillsville - Judge Bruce F. Beilfuss, presiding during a special session of Circuit Court on Saturday, granted an absolute divorce to Trevalyn Nelson, the plaintiff in the action against Leon Nelson, Town of Beaver.

The decree was granted on the grounds of cruel and inhuman treatment.

The court approved a stipulation as to the division of property and the one child was awarded the plaintiff.

The parties to the action were married at Loyal in June, 1945.

Judge Beilfuss also granted Thelma Ehlers, an absolute divorce on the grounds of cruel and inhuman treatment from Eugene Ehlers.

A stipulation as to the custody and care of the child, division of property in lieu of alimony, and attorney’s fees and costs, was approved by the court and made a part of the judgment.

They were married in August, 1945. Both are resident of the Town of Levis.
