Wm. Rowe, Fred Benedict and C. M. Campbell made a business trip to Marshfield Wednesday last.

Miss Grace Harriman closed her term of school at Dist. No. 2 last Friday.

Martha Bier of Marshfield, visited here last week.

E. A. Beeckler will close his school in the Dwyer district next Saturday with a grand exhibition in the evening. Let everyone turn out.

H. L. Snyder has purchased a couple of lots in Neillsville, Wis.

L. J. Fulwiler visited his brother George at Marshfield Friday and Saturday.

George Root met with quite an accident last Thursday morning. He was on his way to the mill with a load of logs when he drove off the end of a bridge, tipping off his load and tearing the team down with it. The horses got entangled in the harness, and it was only by the aid of his neighbors that they were extracted.
