Steponik, Lois Mae (26 August 1955 - 28 April 2014)

Lois Mae Steponik, 58, City Point died Monday, April 28, 2014, the result of an auto accident. The family received relatives and friends from 12 p.m. until 2 p.m. Saturday, May 3, 2014, at Buchanan/Rembs Funeral Home, Pittsville. A celebration of her life was held at 6 p.m. at Raisins Refuge in City Point.

Lois was born Aug. 26, 1955, in Marshfield, the daughter of Lawrence and June (Bublitz) Reshel. She was a 1973 graduate of Pittsville High School. She married Randy A. Steponik Nov. 12, 1981, in Wisconsin Rapids.

At the present time Lois was employed with the Township of City Point and Bev’s Saddle Mound Tap. She enjoyed fishing, raising chickens, cooking, and riding motorcycle and loved her family.

Lois is survived by her husband, Randy, and their children, Clifton Steponik (Kaylee McGhee), Samantha Steponik (Jeremiah Lechner): and “son” Mike (Alicia) Gardner. She is further survived by her mother, June Reshel; her brothers and sisters, Andy Reshel, Luann (John) Peterson, Sarah (Jim) Grutzik, Peggy (Bart) Klusmeier, and Joann Flick; and her grand-dogs, Moses, Jack and Rockstar.

She was predeceased by her father, Lawrence Reshel; a sister in infancy; and a sister Margaret Dupee.

The family received relatives and friends from 12 p.m. until 2 p.m. Saturday, May 3, 2014, at Buchanan/Rembs Funeral Home, Pittsville. A celebration of her life was held at 6 p.m. Saturday at Raisins Refuge in City Point.
