BioA: Bogumill, Joseph & Mary (1938)

Pictured above is the family of Mary & Joseph Bogumill in 1938, at their Golden Wedding Celebration. The Bogumill's were married, June 21, 1887. Mary's maiden name was Yonkins. She was born in Pennsylvannia and was the daughter of Ernest and Elizabeth Jane (Pitman) Yonkins. Her father was a native of Germany and died Aug. 1, 1899 of a burst appendix and was buried in St. Patrick's Cemetery, Cambria Co., Gallitzen, PA (sec. 4, plot 80). Her mother died Oct. 26, 1946 and was laid to rest in St. Agnes Cemetery, on the homestead in Bull Run, PA.
