Starting Friday, December 2, 1977, and running through Saturday, December 3 and
Sunday afternoon, December
4, Looker’s Radio, TV and Appliance Store, Owen’s locally owned and operated,
and largest and most complete TV and appliance store in Clark County, will be
holding their “Grand Opening” in their new store facility.
Looker’s Radio, TV and Appliance has been in business in Owen for thirty years.
Emil Looker started in business in Owen on Labor Day 1947, and over the thirty
years has expanded and moved from smaller to ever larger locations. During the
last year his oldest son, Larry, has become associated with the business.
