Mrs. Fred (Glyde) Steinich, 82, of 212 Hills Street, Neillsville, died at 1:45 p.m. Saturday at Memorial Hospital, Neillsville. Services will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday at Gilbertson Funeral Home, Granton. The Rev. Howard M. Ott of United Methodist Church, Neillsville, will officiate. Burial will be in York Cemetery, Town of York. Visitation will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday until service time, at the funeral home. The former Glyde Graves was born August 12, 1901 in the Town of York, where she attended elementary school. She graduated from Granton High School and Stevens Point Teachers College. She taught school in Hiles, Athens, Granton and Sussex. On June 15, 1956 in Menomonee Falls she was married to Fred Steinich. He died August 30, 1973. She was a member of (the) United Methodist Church. There are no immediate survivors. She was also predeceased by a brother, Arleigh Graves.
