The marriage of Miss Lillian Butterfield, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Claude Butterfield of Reseberg Township, Clark County, Wis., to Lavern Zell of Athens, Marathon Co., was solemnized at 3 o'clock on Wednesday afternoon, June 30, 1926, at the Congregational Parsonage, Owen, Rev. W. P. Powell reading the service, which was followed by a reception at the home of the bride's parents.

The bridesmaids were Miss Ruby Bobb and Miss Dorothea M. Owens.

Lester Robert Butterfield, brother of the bride was best man, he was assisted by J. Owens.

The young couple will be at home in Marshfield after July 5th.
