Thompson, Anna (Marriage - 19 JUN 1920)

A home wedding of much importance was solemnized on Saturday afternoon at the home of the bride's father, Mr. Ole Thompson of the town of Hoard, Clark County, Wis., when his daughter, Anna, became the wife of Edwin M. Peterson of Midway. The young couple was attended by Miss Alma Larson, a close friend of the bride and Arthur Thompson, her brother. The wedding was attended only by immediate relatives of the contracting parties.

At 4 o'clock, Rev. H. P. Nordby of the Norwegian Church, performed the ceremony, after which a wedding supper was served to those present, the young couple leaving then for a motor trip through the southern part of the state, stopping at Madison, the Dells and other points of interest.

The contracting parties are graduates of the Colby High School of the class of 1909, and it was then that their romance started. Both are popular in social circles in their neighborhood, and have a host of friends who wish for them all that is good in life.

Mr. and Mrs. Edwin Peterson will be at home on the Midway Dairy Farm after July 1.
