A sad death occurred at St. Joseph’s hospital on Wednesday morning. Shortly after three o’clock Mrs. S. L. Marsh of Granton, who has been confined to the hospital for a week as the result of a slight operation which had been successfully performed, died of peritonitis, which set in last Friday, more than a week after the operation. The funeral will take place at 10 o’clock today at Granton where the deceased leaves many friends. Mrs. Marsh, whose maiden name was Leonie Pierrelee, was nineteen years old and had been but recently married. She leaves beside her husband three sisters and two brothers, one of the brothers having recently returned from Alaska and the other being an attorney at Manitowoc.
