7 NOV 1918) Martin Wolf,
better known to his associates as "Dutch", died at the Chippewa
Falls, Wis. hospital on Thursday morning at eight o'clock of
Spanish Influenza. Wolf, who has been an employed of the John S.
Owen Lumber Co. for the past twelve or fourteen years, was at work
in the woods for the company when he was taken sick, and on
Saturday of last week went to the hospital, where he thought he
would find a cure for his illness. He worked in the woods in the
fall and winter and during the summer months was employed about the
mill here. He leaves to mourn a sister, whose home is in Milwaukee.
Funeral services were held at Chippewa Falls and burial was made in
