Kehlenhoeffer, Violet (Marriage - 30 JUN 1925)

Miss Violet Kehlenhoeffer was united in marriage to Mr. Claude Vander Boom at eight o'clock the morning of June 30th at St. Matthew's Church in Milwaukee. They were attended by Miss Alma Vander Boom, sister of the groom, and Laurence Schilz.

The bride was attired in a dress of powder blue georgette and blue picture hat, and carried a shower bouquet of white roses. The bridesmaid wore a dress of tan georgette and carried a bouquet of pink roses. The bridegroom and best man wore the conventional blue.

A wedding breakfast was served at the home of the bride's sister, Mrs. Fred Ellerman, at which Mr. and Mrs. John Vander Boom and family of Kansasville, Mr. and Mrs. J. B. Fleischman of Abbotsford, and Mr. and Mrs. Vincent Vander Boom of Louisville, Kentucky, were guests.

The young couple motored to Abbotsford and are spending their honeymoon at the home of the bride's sister, Mrs. J. B. Fleischman. They expect to return to Milwaukee Sunday, where they will make their future home.

Mrs. Vander Boom, familiarly known as "Vi" by her many friends in Abbotsford, Wis., lived here up to about two years ago when she went to Chippewa Falls and then to Milwaukee, where she was employed. After her high school days she was employed at the A. J. Meyers store, where she became known for her unceasing sunniness of disposition and well merited popularity. Though Mr. Vander Boom is not known here, we trust Violet to have chosen well.

The Tribune joins with their many friends in extending heartiest congratulations and sincere wishes for a long and happy married life.
