Isabelle Frechette was born 4-Dec-1898 to Henry Frechette and his second wife Bertha who resided in Sherwood Township, Clark Co., WI. November 6, 1918.  She married William Tullis (b. 29-Aug-1892) and they farmed for many years in Section 6, near her parents, just east of Cannonville, on the Washburn-Sherwood town line. Isabelle belonged to the Cannonville Ladies Aid and Birthday Club for many years. They had three children, George, Doris (Mrs. Harold Hartenstein), and ?. They sold their farm and moved to Waukesha, WI sometime around 1965. William Tullis suddenly died there on Friday morning in March, 1973, at the age of eighty. Eleven years later, in November of 1984, Isabelle also died in Waukesha.

Isabelle Frechette's mother was Bertha (nee Zipfel) Scholtz Frechette. Isabelle was born in Sherwood Township. Isabelle had two full sisters, Anita Frechette, who died when a young girl, and Beulah Frechette DeFoe. Her half-siblings were Albert Scholtz, Mayme (Scholtz) Gall, Ralph Scholtz, Louis Scholtz, Frank Scholtz, and Clara (Scholtz) Baker.
