Chandler, Fannie Mae (10 Jul 1875 - 22 Dec 1908)

Died, at the home of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. V. W. Smith, on Tuesday, Dec. 22, 1908, Mrs. Irvin (Fannie Mae)Chandler at the age of thirty-three years.

The deceased has had heart trouble for a number of years, which finally caused her death. She was born in the town of Loyal, Clark County, Wis. on July 10, 1875, and was married to Irvin Chandler of Dec. 27, 1907. She ran the journey of her life in thirty-three years. It is a path marked with deeds of kindness and cheer. Truth was the inspiration of her life and by kindness she exemplified its great worth.

The funeral services were held at the M. E. Church today and at the close of the solemn services, the sad cortege moved on to the silent city at Dodgeville. Under the snow they laid her. Nothing on Earth has changed; only a loving wife and daughter is gone.

(Additional info from Kathy Englebretson: Mrs. Chandler is Fannie Mae Chandler)
