The spire on the Presbyterian Church has at last received its finishing touch, and on last Sabbath morning the new bell called together a large congregation at that house of worship. The spire is an ornament and the bell a success. The whole expense thus far is over $500.00. This, with the improvements yet to be made, will run the expenses up to about $600.00. Many have given liberally, and all have given cheerfully, and if this liberality continues a little longer, the Society will rejoice in a completed church free from debt.
