Vetterkind, Ella (Marriage - 4 Feb 1919)

A pretty home wedding was solemnized at the home of the bride's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Vetterkind, in the town of Hixon, Clark County, Wis. on Tuesday, Feb. 4, 1919, at two o'clock p.m. The contracting parties were Miss Ella Vetterkind, and Mr. Carl Miller, of the town of Thorp, Clark County. Rev. Laabs of Withee was the officiating clergyman who tied the nuptial knot pronouncing the ceremony, which united the lives of these estimable young people of our community. The wedding was witnessed by the immediate relatives of the bride and groom and a few intimate friends. The happy couple was attended by Miss Emma Miller, sister of the groom and Wm. Vetterkind, brother of the bride. They will reside on Mr. Miller's farm two miles west of this village. The Courier joins their many friends in congratulations and best wishes as they embark on life's rugged voyage together.
