Urlaub, Agnes M. (12 May 1926 - 25 OCT 2002)

Agnes M. Urlaub, 76, Neillsville, Clark County, Wis., died on Friday, Oct. 25, 2002, in the Palliative Care Unit at Saint Joseph’s Hospital, Marshfield. A memorial service will be held in May 2003.

Agnes Marian Clinnin was born on May 12, 1926, in Chicago, to James G. and Marian (nee Taylor) Clinnin. She attended Everett Grade School and graduated from Harrison Technical High School, Chicago. She worked for Masterpiece Studios, Chicago, for 20 years. She married Emil Rizner in 1959. He died in 1982. She married Joe Urlaub in 1987. She retired in 1971. She lived in Neillsville for 31 years and for the past 10 years wintered in Bonita Springs, Fla., with her husband, Joe. She was a member of the Women of the Moose and Ladies of the Elks.

Survivors include her husband, Joe Urlaub; two stepsons, James (Mary) Rizner and Joe Urlaub, Jr.; four stepdaughters, Billie (Bob) Gannon, Darlene (Jim) Kincaid, Judy (Pat) McCarty and Elizabeth (Al) Kaplan; four step-grandchildren; four step-great grandchildren; two sisters, Margaret Sievers and Ann Tait; a sister-in-law, Mary Clinnin; six nieces, Kathy (Sievers) Coleman, Kathleen Gleeson, Eileen Gleeson, Denise (Clinnin) O’Connor, Debra Tait, and Nancy (Tait) Gramit; and four nephews, George and Robert Sievers, Jim Gleeson and Michael Tait. Preceding her in death were her parents; her first husband, Emil Rizner; two brothers, Daniel and Robert; one sister, Beatrice; and three brothers-in-law, George Sievers, Tom Gleeson and Donald Tait.

The Gesche Funeral Home, Neillsville, assisted the family with arrangements.
