Shupe, Frank (1865 - 24 Mar 1921)

Frank Shupe, a prominent citizen of Loyal, Clark County, died at his home there March 24, 1921, of pneumonia, aged nearly 56 years. He was born in Fond du Lac Co. and came to Loyal with his parents when 7 years old, making his home on the farm north of the village until a few years ago, when he sold the farm and moved tot he village, where he has since carried on a meat market. He was a man of fine character, industrious and a high type of citizen. He leaves his wife, seven daughters, three sons and three grandchildren to mourn his death. He leaves also one brother and three sisters, one of whom is Mrs. Gus Krause of Neillsville. The funeral was held at Loyal Monday. Deceased was a member of the Maccabees, which order took part in the funeral service.
