Palmer, Ina H. (Marriage - 31 Dec 1914)

On Thursday evening at 8 o’clock, Dec. 31, 1914, a quiet home wedding took place at the residence of Mr. and Mrs. Merton Palmer in Pine Valley, Clark County, when their daughter, Miss Ina Hazel Palmer was united in marriage with Mr. Harry J. Neipert of Loyal. Rev. S.B. Pinney performed the ceremony. The groom was attended by Mr. Ernest Palmer, brother of the bride, and her friends, Miss Gladys Johnston, attended the bride. The bride was gowned in a beautiful silk chiffon costume in a delicate shade of blue; the groom wore full evening dress.

The bride grew to womanhood here, graduated from Neillsville High School and Superior Normal, and became a successful teacher in the schools of Fairchild. During her school life she won many friends among the students, and older people as well, who knew her. Her quick intelligence, charming manner, and her helpfulness in the home all combined to make her respected and loved by those who know her best. The groom is a young man of good habits, fine appearance and by his strict attention to his duties has won a good position, being buyer and manager of the Dry Good, Rugs and Ready-to-Wear Department of the Kehrberg-Schneider Co. of Le Mars, Iowa.

After a bountiful wedding supper they took the midnight train for Milwaukee, Whitewater, and Madison, before returning to Le Mars, where they will begin housekeeping.

This young couple begin life with the fairest of prospects and with the heartiest good wishes from very many friends, in which we join.
