I wonder if Gardner Colby is a distant relative of mine! (In the UK, we do tend to put the letter E into words). I didn't know that such a thing as Colby Cheese existed until a few minutes ago, when I was on a totally unrelated website - checking out kitchen weighing scales, actually.
