Visitors last week with Irene Draeger were her daughter Linda McCabe & family of Cleveland, WI, Mike & Lorraine Nosko & boys,George & Ethyl Meeker, and Otto & Delores Fitzsimmons of Wausau.

Burnell, Delores, Lee & Darrell Thompson and Trudy Chaplinski returned home last week from Montana. There they were visitors with Dick & Mary Ann Thompson in Hot Springs, and their niece & family, and nephews and their families in the area.

John & Trudy Chaplinski are happy to announce the birth of their 1st greatchild. Lexi Rae Chaplinski, daughter of Louie & Dawn Chaplinski was born July 16th,weighing 7#7oz., at Sacred Heart Hospital in Eau Claire.

Pat & Teri Rosemeyer & family attended the Van Den Heuvel family reunion at the Bernie & Kae Van Den Heuvel home in Gilman over the weekend.

Sympathy is exended to Rita Hughes on the death of her sister, Gail Niznik, whose funeral was on Thursday morning at the Thorp Funeral Home.

Many folks enjoyed the Lubin Days celebration ouer the weekend.The Steak & Egg breakfast on Saturday morning, the BBQ Chicken dinner, parade, volleyball games, and other activities on Sunday. Grand Marshalls for the parade were Frank & Helen Dubiak, and reigning as young Prince & Princess were Paul Petrusczak and Stephanie Hoff.
