As a Sophmore at St. Norbert College (1959-60), Gary was my dorm floor proctor, in the room next door. A fellow accounting major, Gary help me when I had puzzling questions. He gave me a loveable nickname..."Alfred", for Alfred E. Nueman...which caught on among my friends. I will always remember Gary as a caring, compassionate upper-classman.

God must have had a reason for taking him so early. Gary I love you!
