Steuerwald, Alma (22 JUN 1929)

Several Loyal people received an announcement the latter part of last week of the wedding of Miss Alma Steuerwald and Mr. Helmuth Wagner which occurred in Cleveland, Ohio, June 22nd, 1929 in the Calvary Presbyterian.

Miss Steuerwald is the daughter of Mrs. Chas Steuerwald and has quite a number of friends in this community having lived near here during her girlhood years. She attended the local Graded School but moved to Neillsville before entering high school continuing her education there and graduated with high honors from Neillsville High School Commercial Course. She is also a graduate of the Whitewater State Teachers College's Commercial Course. During the last two years Miss Steuerwald had charge of the Oconto High School's Commercial Department.

The groom, a son of Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Wagner of Neillsville, is not known locally but we are told he is a man with fine traits of character and worthy of the young woman with whom has just been united in holy wedlock. He also graduated from Neillsville's High School with high honors and in 1927 graduated from Marquette University. He held a fine position with one of Milwaukee's electrical companies until lately when he received promotion with the Apex Electrical Manufacturing Co. of Cleveland. The young couple will reside in Cleveland.

Congratulations and Best Wishes from their many Wisconsin friends follow the newlyweds.
