FRANK J KOPP

Frank J Kopp, age 68 years, 11 months and 10 days, passed away at the Clark County Hospital at Owen, WI, March 29, 1941.

Frank was born April 19, 1872, to Joseph and Louise (Schock) Kopp at St. Charles, MN. He came to Clark County with his parents in 1893, the family settled on a farm in the town of Levis. Later as a young man he went to Nebraska where he was married in 1923 to Anna Bendorf. Four years later, in 1927, they came to the Town of Levis to conduct the Kopp farm for his mother.

Surviving Frank is: his wife Anna, two brothers, George of Levis Township and Joseph of Pine Valley Township. Preceding Frank in death were his parents, two sisters, Frances and Clara, and one brother, Fred.

Funeral services were held at Schiller’s Funeral Home at 2 p.m. this Wednesday, with burial taking place in the Neillsville Cemetery. Rev. G. W. Longenecker conducted the rites.

Pallbearers were: Harry Gehrt, Otto Gehrt, Fred Mohr, Christ Mohr, Andrew Wightman and Reinhold Pretsch.
